Renan Macedo Villares Guimarães

He holds a Post-graduate degree in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law and Criminology from Candido Mendes University in Rio de Janeiro, having graduated from the same institution with a final paper entitled “The Material and Formal Unconstitutionality of Law 10.792/03 - Differentiated Disciplinary Regime.”

He is affiliated to the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences - IBCCrim, being part of the jurisprudential nucleus of the institutional newsletter.
