Post-graduate in Labor Law and Procedural Law from Cândido Mendes University, having studied under renowned legal experts such as Alice Monteiro de Barros, Arion Sayão Romita, Estêvão Mallet, José Affonso Dallegrave Neto, Roberto Norris, Rodolpho Pamplona Filho and Sérgio Pinto Martins, among others.

Post-graduate in Corporate Labor Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, having studied under professors Arnaldo Süssekind, Cristóvão Piragibe Tostes Malta, Carlos Bosísio, Carlos Coelho dos Santos, Luiz Felipe Veiga, Luiz Guilherme Migliora, Marcos Dibe, Maria Luísa Soter and Estêvão Mallet.

Professor of Labor Law and Procedural Law and Labor Law Court Practice, as well as supervisor of legal dissertations, at Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UFRJ), where he was awarded first place in the selection process.

Wagner is a professor of Labor Law and Procedural Law at Estácio de Sá University and was admitted by a public examination process.

Author of the book entitled ‘Guarantee of employment to HIV/AIDS carriers’ published by Editora Lumen Juris, as well as the book entitled ‘Topics of Labor Procedural Law’ soon to be launched by the same publisher.

Guest lecturer of Rio de Janeiro City Hall to give courses on the outsourcing of labor by public administration.

Lecturer at various legal congresses and seminars, one of which was Sofep 2007.
